Tvoj selfie: samo da bismo napravili horor sliku koju si tražio. Prije slanja uklanjamo metapodatke (npr. lokaciju). Slika se briše s našeg servera čim je rezultat gotov.
Gotova slika: čuva se najduže 24 sata da bi link za dijeljenje radio, onda se automatski briše. Ako želiš da je obrišemo ranije, piši na podrska@gastarbajter.si.
Brojač besplatnih pokušaja: kolačić s nasumičnim brojem (30 dana) i zaštićeni (salted hash) zapis IP adrese, samo da bi besplatni pokušaji bili pošteno podijeljeni. Tvoju IP adresu ne čuvamo u čitljivom obliku.
Zaštita od zloupotrebe: broj zahtjeva po IP adresi u zadnjih sat vremena, samo u radnoj memoriji.
Statistika posjeta: Cloudflare Web Analytics, bez kolačića i bez praćenja kroz druge stranice.
U tvom pregledniku: izabrani jezik, historija tvojih slika (24 sata) i promo kod. To ostaje samo na tvom uređaju.
Pravni osnov
Obrada selfija i gotove slike: tvoja privola (čl. 6 st. 1 tač. a GDPR), koju daješ checkboxom prije pokretanja. Brojač pokušaja, zaštita od zloupotrebe i statistika: legitimni interes za pošten i siguran rad stranice (čl. 6 st. 1 tač. f GDPR). Privolu možeš povući u svakom trenutku brisanjem slike ili porukom na gornju adresu.
Ko još dobija podatke
Hosting: Fly.io (server u Frankfurtu, Njemačka).
Vanjski AI servis za generisanje slika, koji obrađuje tvoj selfie za tu jednu sliku.
Cloudflare (domena, zaštita i statistika posjeta).
Ovi pružatelji su iz SAD-a. Prenos se zasniva na EU-US Data Privacy Framework odnosno standardnim ugovornim klauzulama EU. Podatke ne prodajemo i ne koristimo za reklame ni za treniranje AI modela.
AI sadržaj
Sve slike su generisane umjetnom inteligencijom. Označene su vidljivo ("KI · AI" u pečatu) i u samoj datoteci (IPTC oznaka "trainedAlgorithmicMedia").
Pravila
Stranica je za osobe od 18 godina. Ubacuj samo slike za koje imaš pravo, ne slike drugih ljudi bez njihove dozvole.
Tvoja prava
Imaš pravo na pristup, ispravku, brisanje, ograničenje obrade, prenosivost i prigovor (čl. 15 do 21 GDPR), te pravo na žalbu nadležnom tijelu za zaštitu podataka, npr. u svojoj zemlji.
Dein Selfie: nur, um das gewünschte Horrorbild zu erzeugen. Vor dem Senden entfernen wir Metadaten (z. B. Standort). Es wird von unserem Server gelöscht, sobald das Ergebnis fertig ist.
Das fertige Bild: höchstens 24 Stunden gespeichert, damit der Teilen-Link funktioniert, dann automatisch gelöscht. Soll es früher gelöscht werden, schreib an podrska@gastarbajter.si.
Zähler für Gratis-Runs: ein Cookie mit einer Zufallszahl (30 Tage) und ein gesalzener Hash der IP-Adresse, nur damit die Gratis-Runs fair verteilt werden. Deine IP-Adresse speichern wir nicht im Klartext.
Missbrauchsschutz: Anzahl der Anfragen pro IP in der letzten Stunde, nur im Arbeitsspeicher.
Besucherstatistik: Cloudflare Web Analytics, ohne Cookies und ohne seitenübergreifendes Tracking.
In deinem Browser: Sprache, Bilderverlauf (24 Stunden) und Promo-Code. Das bleibt auf deinem Gerät.
Rechtsgrundlage
Selfie und fertiges Bild: deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) per Checkbox vor dem Start. Zähler, Missbrauchsschutz und Statistik: berechtigtes Interesse an einem fairen und sicheren Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Das Cookie ist für den angefragten Dienst unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG). Du kannst die Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen, indem du das Bild löschst oder uns schreibst.
Empfänger
Hosting: Fly.io (Server in Frankfurt, Deutschland).
Ein externer KI-Bilddienst, der dein Selfie für dieses eine Bild verarbeitet.
Cloudflare (Domain, Schutz und Besucherstatistik).
Diese Anbieter sitzen in den USA. Die Übermittlung stützt sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework bzw. EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Wir verkaufen keine Daten und nutzen sie weder für Werbung noch zum Training von KI-Modellen.

Your selfie: only to make the horror image you asked for. We strip metadata (such as location) before sending it. It is deleted from our server as soon as the result is ready.
The finished image: kept for at most 24 hours so the share link works, then deleted automatically. To have it deleted sooner, email podrska@gastarbajter.si.
Free-run counter: a cookie with a random number (30 days) and a salted hash of your IP address, only to share the free runs fairly. Your IP address is never stored in readable form.
Abuse protection: number of requests per IP in the last hour, in memory only.
Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without cross-site tracking.
In your browser: language, image history (24 hours) and promo code. This stays on your device.
Legal basis
Selfie and finished image: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given with the checkbox before you start. Counter, abuse protection and statistics: legitimate interest in running the site fairly and safely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the image or writing to us.
